Throughout the past 30+ years I have been in the real estate business, I have never seen or come across a person like Walter. His main goal at Hallmark Realtors is to make sure every business associate under his tutelage has every possible tool that they might need to become a very successful Realtor, the rest is up to us to care, live, breath and eat what he has taught us. Another great benefit at Hallmark Realtors is the sliding pay scale as I call it. Your commissions on deals that you close are based on your production on the previous 12 months continuously.
