If you’re looking for an honest, hard-working, not pushy real estate professional then Wade is your guy. He took the time to really listen and his professionalism, market knowledge, knowledge of Fredericksburg as a fourth generation resident made what could’ve been a stressful process, completely smooth and enjoyable as we were relocating from another state state. What impressed my wife and I the most about Wade, he was not pushing for a sale. He was creating a relationship.
