Wade was an outstanding Agent. I was a first-time home buyer and he walked me through each house down to the barebones. His experience with contributes to his technical knowledge that I wasn’t able to find with other agents. You will not find a more knowledgeable agent for the Fredericksburg area as he is the third generation in his family to have grown up here. He is a fierce negotiator and a hard worker, which resulted in me purchasing my dream home for my dream price.
