Virginia did an exceptional job. She was super professional very knowledgeable and resourceful. She guided me and my family through our first home purchase with so much ease. Always quick to respond and available when I had questions or concerns, she also gave me so much feedback as a first-time home buyer. Found me a great lender to work with. Helped me with understanding the requirements for the programs that are out there for first-time home buyers. I recall reaching out to her in 2021 to get guidance. By the end of summer 2022 I called her to inform her I was ready and asked What I needed, to make the purchase of my first home. She handed me a Booklet guide filled with all the information she had already explained to me. By mid-fall 2022 we started viewing homes. We saw a lot of homes, rounding up about 10. She was so nice and accommodated to my bussy schedule for the house viewings. Her feedback of viewing not just the houses for what they were, houses. To look at the neighborhoods the sourounding area and the potential the houses have. Her positive energy just made the process that much less stressful and enjoyable. By November 2022 we put our first offer. Virginia was with us through and through answering all of my questions in a timely manner, if she needed anything at all we would get her what she needed in order to make my first home a reality. By December 2022 I was signing the title to my new home.
