If you’re considering working with Vicky Watkins, we highly recommend it! Vicky is a great person as well as a great realtor. We had a fantastic experience working with Vicky, she was patient with us and took the time to understand what we wanted. Vicky knows the laws in Oklahoma and was very quick to point out a few things to the seller and realtor that may have been overlooked by others. She was a great negotiator and able to help us get the home we wanted for a price we were very happy with. Vicky is extremely diligent and dedicated in her career and we as buyers or sellers benefit greatly from that. She works with a great team from inspectors to closers so our entire experience was seamless. Not only did Vicky travel forbus to OKC, she was readily available for questions or concerns . Vicky Watkins truly cares about the well-being and happiness of her clients. We would recommend Vicky to anyone looking for a great realtor and possible friend for life! Gary and Amber Craft
