Many thanks go out to Vanessa Rieker and everyone on The Rieker Team at Intracoastal Realty. I have known Vanessa since 2016, and I can honestly say she was a joy to have as my realtor when I decided to relocate to Maryland. As everyone knows, selling and buying houses can be very stressful. Vanessa, with her calm persona and expertise helped me through the process. She was knowledgeable in getting my house ready to put on the market with her experience working with her contractor and staging recommendations. She was also very helpful in giving me advise on ‘downsizing and decluttering’ that made my home easily accessible for the Wilmington market. I would recommend Vanessa to anyone who is seeking an agent who is beyond professional and has valuable knowledge with help in relocating to or needing an agent to help you sell your current home in the Wilmington area.
