We had the pleasure of working with Vanessa Rieker at Intracoastal Realty to purchase our second home in Kure Beach.  Her dedicated and exceptional service made all the difference.  She stayed on top of every detail, ensuring we never missed an opportunity and always made us feel supported despite the challenges of buying remotely.  Vanessa went above and beyond to make the journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible by being proactive, flexible, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She provided us with multiple virtual walkthroughs, giving us a clear sense of the properties, and allowing us to make confident decisions from the comfort of our home. She recommended other exceptional service providers to ensure everyone was informed and on top of all aspects of the transaction every step of the way. Her expertise and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful experience into an exciting and seamless one. Thanks to Vanessa, we found the perfect second home! We highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent.
