Vanessa was superb. During the entire process she made me feel heard and demonstrated her expertise in creating a favorable listing for my rental and finding the ideal tenant. I felt confident in her ability to best showcase my home and get the desired price for it, as well as her stringent research on prospective applicants. Most of all, I appreciated her flexibility to work with my timeline, which went from an unknown to immediate. I was extremely satisfied and will continue to use her as an agent anytime I need to find a new tenant.
