I am a residential real estate broker from Seattle WA. For nearly 30 years I have worked with Ty Evans, as a professional colleague, with great success.

A little over two years ago, we decided to purchase a second residence on Bainbridge Island and Ty Evans is the broker we chose to hire. Ty did an outstanding job finding the perfect home for us. Her sensitive handling of a difficult negotiation was masterful, her follow through from start to finish was perfect and her joyful personality made the entire experience fun and exciting . . . exactly how buying a home should be!
