Tula isn't a run-of-the-mill Realtor; she's quite the opposite, special in so many ways i.e., knowledgeable, both professional and personable, great negotiator etc., but perhaps most important, she's always aware and in tune with her clients wants/needs. Having worked with Tula for an extended period of time as my Wife and I waited for an opportunity that worked for us, Tula continuously checked in to ensure our house search still captured what we were looking for, all the while remaining patient, communicative and understanding. We finally found a house that we're really happy with and feels like the right place for us to start our family, which would have never been possible without Tula, who truly embodies the saying "all I want is for my clients to be happy." Thank you for always having our best interest in mind and being in our corner Tula, here's to the next home purchase/sale! Amanda & Anthony Krmek
