We met, I liked her immediately and, while the original house was not for us, she called the next day with an option. Miraculously, there was another house in the same neighborhood that would be listed promptly. She took us to see it, we liked it, she coached us on placing the bid. To our surprise and delight, the offer was accepted within hours. But this narrative only reflects the purchasing mechanics, it does not cover the attention to detail, her ability to really listen to what we wanted or her willingness to go over and above the call of duty. In brief, she made what is usually a difficult transaction feel straightforward, she smoothed the path, catalyzed action, and did so with care and charm.
