Tricia was awesome to work with. She showed me different areas and different complexes until I was able to narrow down exactly which ones I wanted to live in. Daily she then watched for new listings in those complexes to come on so we could get in and make an offer on the one I liked. Because it was such a competitive market when I bought, it was crucial to be on top of the new listings as they came on. When it did come time for me to make an offer, Tricia knew what needed to be done to help me win. I love my new townhome and would not be here if it was not for her.
