We came across Tracy after 3 agents had told us that maybe we should consider taking our home off the market, reduce our selling price considerably or rent. There were very few showings of our home. From the start with working with Tracy, he was enthusiastic, very positive and he told us "I can sell your home!" Tracy's advertising was exceptional and soon we had numerous showings of our home. Tracy would frequently communicate with us to give updates on the housing market and where our home stood in the selling process. Tracy was successful in not only selling our home but getting top dollar value. Tracy is part of our family and not just our agent. We will plan to have Tracy sell our next home. I can guarantee that Tracy will be able to sell your home in this very unstable and difficult selling market. Nothing is impossible with Tracy!
