My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Tracy during our search for a home in Mountain View, California. From start to finish, Tracy was not just our realtor—she was our guide, advisor, and advocate through every step of the journey. The home-buying process in California can be especially daunting, but Tracy made it feel manageable and even enjoyable. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in our ideal home and was incredibly patient and insightful throughout our search. Her knowledge of the local market is unmatched, and she helped us narrow down our options with confidence. When it came time to make an offer, Tracy’s experience really shined. She skillfully helped us navigate a challenging counteroffer from the seller, ensuring we stayed competitive while protecting our interests. Beyond the purchase itself, Tracy went above and beyond by helping us find a great mortgage deal, which saved us both time and money. Tracy is incredibly easy to work with—professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. Whether you’re buying or selling, we can’t recommend her highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who’s dedicated, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients, Tracy is the realtor you want by your side. Thank you, Tracy, for helping us find our dream home!
