From the moment we met with Tracy, she understood what our needs were in selling our property. In our case, we were looking for a quick sale as this was an estate property. She came up with a value to start advertising that was in line with our expectations and worked with us to prepare the property for showings. After a relatively short time frame and several showings, we were presented with 3 offers, 2 of which were over the advertised value! We greatly appreciated all of Tracy's assistance and working behind the scenes to achieve this result. Tracy is friendly, easy to work with, and always readily available for any questions that we had. We highly recommend Tracy as a realtor of choice to anyone looking to sell their property!
