Met with Tracy at Metis federation open house as she was involved with first time home owner program there. Due to her involvement in the program, knowledge and experience in the real estate field felt comfortable with the choice. First impression was nice but as we started to work with her in finding our home, we were thrilled at how professional, knowledgeable and down to earth she was. She put us at ease and was very straight forward. Tracy worked vey diligently for us and never pressured us in decision making. She also educated us with details, was practical and realistic. After honing in on location, price, things we on our wish list including things we were not interested in she set up viewing's and made herself very available. Something worth noting is she has a sense of humor which for me made the whole thing more enjoyable as there is inherent anxiety in the purchase of a home. When we found the place we wanted she went above and beyond. She left an important social function she was attending late on a Friday evening, we met her at her office she put together all the paperwork and went and met other agent. This all had to be done by the days end Friday as there was another offer made. There was an anxious couple of hors that evening but by around 11 PM that evening she called us to share the great new of us becoming home owners!! We were more than pleased with her service for us and I would highly recommend to anyone who may read this and is considering Tracy as your agent that she is a great choice and you won't be dissatisfied!
