Tracy Searles and James Landrum were spectacular! They worked with us over a 4 month period, and always had a positive attitude, positive energy, and communicated to us like no other realtor we've ever used! I've bought 9 houses over my career and this was the best, smoothest, and most complicated house hunt I've ever experienced. Their dedication and openness to our ideas of the ideal home, changed as we continued our search. When we settled on our choice for a new home in the KCMO area, they both focused like a laser to get things done. We were fighting the Corona thing and faced new challenges with deadlines and NEW paperwork. Tracy and James turned into fighting bulldogs to get us lined up with everything, including: chimney inspection, home inspection, sewer inspection, and 2 new roofs (1 was a garage). I would recommend both of them for anyone who wants a complete satisfying house search in the KC area. Scott & Claudia Herr
