Accessibility, Responsiveness and Communication are Tracey’s top priorities and her commitment to her clients. Tracey’s business model as a real estate professional is to give clients her personal and undivided attention. She's not the agent who tries to get as many listings as possible and then simply put a sign in your front lawn and hope it sells. Her emphasis is quality over quantity. Because Tracey enjoys the housing industry and working with people, perhaps surprisingly, much of her 25-year career was not spent in real estate, but in industries closely related. Her background experience in the construction and remodeling business enhances her understanding of the housing industry and enables her to bring a special eye and additional skill sets to the table. Pointers on remodeling and staging are a few examples. Not only was she born and raised in the area, but she has had the opportunity to work in many homes and neighborhoods throughout Cook and Lake County making her all the more familiar with the local housing markets. Tracey has worked hand-in-hand with homeowners and new home builders in homes with very diversified values.. from the most modest of homes to multi-million dollar prestigious properties throughout the Chicagoland area.
