Buying a home is no small task. I came into the market without fully knowing what to expect. Tonya Felmly made the process very transparent and helped me to understand all aspects relevant to my goals. Any snags that came along the way, she always had a backup plan or new strategy to implement. She was as always courteous, professional, and very patient. Anything that came up that either of us weren't sure about, Tonya always had a team of professionals she was able to bounce ideas off of or get different perspectives on. I haven't bought a home in many years, and while finding a home is only a small portion of the process, I can say working with Tonya was an experience second to none.
