We recently sold our home in Maggie Valley, NC after being listed for only 12 hours. Buying a home here in Palmetto did not turn out to be as easy, as we made seven different offers before we finally secured a home! However, your agent, Toni Lyon, made it an extremely fun and wonderful experience. Her optimism that we would find one whenever we were discouraged totally kept us going. She was knowledgeable about the area, the home we were looking for and the entire process. Her attitude was infectious and we love her! You are so fortunate to have her on your team. Thank you for your time,
