I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tomi! She made the entire process of selling my condo an absolute pleasure. From the very first meeting, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She truly went above and beyond. She made me feel more like a friend than a customer. What impressed me most was how quickly she sold my condo. She priced it perfectly, staged it beautifully, and had it under contract in record time. I was amazed at how fast everything moved while still getting me top dollar for my property. She clearly knows the Marblehead area inside and out and has fantastic relationships with buyers and other agents. Even more importantly, she was always available whenever I needed her. Whether it was answering a late-night question, walking me through paperwork, or just providing reassurance during the process, she responded immediately and with such care and patience. I never felt like just another client — she made me feel like a priority every single step of the way. She handled every detail with expertise and a positive attitude that kept me calm and confident throughout. Thanks to her, the sale was smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable! I would Absolutely recommend her to anyone! She is truly the best in the business. I would choose her again in a heartbeat!
