Mr. Folino was a pleasure to work with during any after my recent home purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about the property and it's potential, easy to contact with questions and concerns, and very reliable when it came to information regarding the purchase process and requirements. After my purchase, Mr. Folino acted as leasing agent for two of the vacant units in the property. He was an excellent representative for the property, as he had been working with the previous owners for years. His knowledge and experience was been an invaluable resource. I appreciate all he as done to help me through these processes and I look forward to working with him in the future.
