Tom is a pro who really knows real estate, but he loves people more. He will bend over backwards to help within the confines of ethics and law. Tom has done the work, so let his results go to work for you. I have far too many powerful experiences with this guy to share here, but a few stories come to mind. Story #1. Tom expeditiously cleared his largest personal property at the time for our son to continue medical education in Georgia, but our son ended up continuing in another state. Tom quietly regrouped and leased his property to a practicing physician. Story #2. Five years ago about seven of us were eating at 1920 on Canton street, and something (someone) suddenly got Tom's attention. We were done eating, but he ordered food to go and he took the food across the street to a guy on a bike and returned to our group like nothing happened. Story #3. Tom was quite candid with a fellow clinician about real estate trends at that time, but the family chose DIY over professional insight. Needless to say, it was costly. Life is far too busy and real estate is much too serious to go at it alone.Tom really knows real estate, and he loves people. Tom is ready, so let him get you ready to buy or sell.Randy Johnson, MHP IV, LPC, NCC
