Tom was an absolute blessing for us as we looked for our home. My wife and I were first time home buyers and he helped walk us through the whole process. There’s a lot to the process, balancing emotions, looking at homes, and understanding the purchase details. Tom worked with us patiently and gave us confidence to make decisions. He’s a very experienced agent and had a lot of examples to share that helped us evaluate homes and envision ourselves in certain scenarios. Some of our discussions were very therapeutic, which also aided in us becoming more confident buyers. We landed on a home after looking at about ten, and during that time Tom was easy to communicate with and worked around our schedule, even for some last minute viewings. He did not push us in any direction, but rather pointed out things in homes that as first time home buyers we would have never thought about. Due diligence felt like a mad rush, but between Tom’s knowledge and his references, we learned what we needed to know to close. We appreciated his attention to detail and being data driven. Would highly recommend to others, whether selling or buying.
