Over the years, my husband and I have bought and sold many properties and are not new to the process. But the real estate market has changed quite a bit since the last time we bought a home. We were very grateful to have Tom guiding us through the constantly changing market. Tom has an extensive, detailed resource of information and experience that helped us through the process. He researched every property we looked at before and after. We had resources for contractors, roofers, inspectors and any other help we needed during due diligence. He likes to be prepared for every scenario, and we had a few surprises in the process. He kept us informed and educated, which helped us make the best decisions. We were so impressed and thankful, we will be using him to sell our current home and are looking forward to working with him again.
