We had worked with a different company in that location on a prior sale and they were not creative or aggressive on our behalf. In contrast, Toby was outstanding on both counts. When we hit hurdles along the way, he figured out how to get around them and was creative and proactive in getting our property sold at a good price. He has a great sense of humor, is very communicative and was on-point with all matters related to the sale of our property. We hope to work with him again this spring.
