The experience my husband and I had with our agent far exceeded our expectations based on previous experiences we've had with other realtors. Tim was our agent, selling and buying, and he was AWESOME!!! From our first meeting through to closing, he was with us side-by-side every step of the way. Tim was more than patient, very observant, informative, and an astute listener, and he made the entire experience the most pleasant we've ever had. We have been singing high praises about him to our neighbors who are interested in selling/buying and we've been handing out his info almost daily. When its time to buy/sell again, should Tim still be around, he will be our "go-to" guy. When it comes to exceptions, Tim would be it, he represented BH to the utmost!! Thank you all very much.
