Highly recommend Tim! He worked with us on purchasing a new home in Harford County and selling our home in Baltimore County. Tim was very patient and helpful when we were searching for a new home, accompanying us to multiple showings, and provided excellent support once we found the right property - from writing the offer and handling multiple bid scenarios, working through inspections and appraisals, all the way up to settlement. In selling our existing home, Tim provided excellent support and professional recommendations which led to us being under contract (over asking price!) with multiple offers within 4 days of listing and we could not be happier with the outcome. Thank you Tim
