What a pleasure to have Tim Koons-McGee by our side as we bought a home in Sarasota! He made sure that everything went smoothly, coaching us through a bidding war, constantly checking in to see how we were feeling, building a cooperative relationship with the seller resulting in the seller paying for extra repairs to make us welcome, always helpful, knowledgeable and in good spirits! Not only is he the best broker, we ended up with a great friend. You can’t have a better experience than that! Sincerely, Bud and Judy Kaufman
