Experienced, knowledge and honest with superb communication. Provided good guidance on pricing and immediately kept us up to date with every showing and transaction. Previously utilized another real estate company (KW) representation for almost 1 year without any success and minimum communication. Tim and Michael Saunders Company generated two solid offers within 10 days. Can't say enough about Tim and Michael Saunders Co.
