I  thought I had already written but am happy to write again because I honestly want to thank you and especially Timothy Koons-McGee for the amazing job he did selling my house. It felt as if Superman had entered my life! Courteous, funny, hard working, completely thorough with the task at hand, he could not have done a better job! And, once having worked his magic to make a house that was in disrepair livable again, he got me way over the asking price. The sale was painless and super profitable.I would certainly recommend him and call him should I be in the market for a home in Sarasota. So, thank you very much.Sincerely,Linda Callahan
