Tim was excellent. Although our sale transaction went fairly smoothly, things always come up along the way, and having an experienced agent is a must. His long experience in Ridgefield was very beneficial- For example, he was able to help us find some old records by tracking down a retired contractor who did work on our home years ago, He was also helpful recommending a lawyer and his advice for a listing price was spot on. You won't get this depth of knowledge from a "newbie" agent, and if negotiations get tricky its very important to have someone who has been down the road many times. He was also available basically 24/7. It's great to have a solid professional working with you, and we made a friend in the bargain!
