Tim helped me find and buy my current house. He was on top of the market and helped me to act quickly. Since new listings in the market were typically gone within a week, it was what was necessary to buy a house and he made himself available whenever I needed him. He helped me with advice and action at all steps of the buying process which was appreciated since it had been over 20 years since I last bought a house. We did have some false starts with some properties but Tim did not get frustrated and I never felt he was pushing me into something that was not right for me. Because of that, I ended up getting a house that checked every box I had on my list for my ideal new home. If you want a realtor that will work with you to help you find the right house for you, please reach out to Tim.
