Was referred to Tim cold, with no knowledge of him or his abilities. Wow, did that work out well in my favor. Great guy who I would now call a friend. Everyone in the industry knows him and he referred me to an awesome lender also. We bought a property thru Tim's lens without being there, and once done, and we traveled to see it, we were not disappointed. Tim looked out for us, and guided us thru the process and I cannot thank him enough. Tim can even refer us to a guy for that, or a person for this. He is a one stop shop who takes care of his clients.
