Thomas is a pleasure to work with. His professionalism is always paramount. He promptly communicates concerns expressed by us or by the tenants and seeks a timely resolution to these. Thomas is friendly as well, and we feel Thomas is a friend we can count on to look after our long-loved rental property. I feel his appearance, bearing and manners are those that will instill confidence in property owners for whom he works.
