My experience with Zach and the Valicenti team was the best I've had with any real estate brokerage. Zach is responsive, reliable, attentive to details, excellent at strategizing for the best outcome, and extremely pleasant to deal with. His honesty is always paramount and he works well in a team setting and maintains strong rapport with other real estate brokers. Zach sold two properties for me and I truly believe they each resulted in the best possible outcome. After the sales contracts were in place, Zach stayed absolutely on top of the details and deadlines in order to assure the properties closed as planned. There is no doubt I would lean on Zach for any future real estate needs.
