I've worked with the Valicenti Team in purchasing two properties in Steamboat and the wider Yampa Valley area. Marci and Zach have been wonderful to work with. I'm convinced no one has a better understanding of the real estate market in this valley. The Valicenti Team has truly dialed in how to best support their customers while navigating real estate transactions. Easy for me to 100% recommend.
