Madison was absolutely great. This was a very emotional and difficult time / sale for us and she was so sweet and empathetic with us. She truly cared about our feelings and needs, which made us realize we were in excellent hands. She knows the business very well, guided us through every moment and never made me feel like like I was bothering her with my million questions She is genuine and her personable way with people really helped us through this stressful process.
