Greg Lyon made our home buying process very easy and smooth. He was knowledgeable about the area, incredibly efficient in his communication with me and with the various contractors we needed. He contacted people he knew personally on our behalf and helped connect us with those he didn't know through his connections at Carolina One. As a first time home buyer, Greg's patience and guidance were very much appreciated. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the Charleston area and plan to do so with a couple people I know looking to relocate soon. Thank you!
