Brendan O’Shea is a consummate professional, offering sound advice and straightforward recommendations. Further, Brendan is a shrewd negotiator who got more than I had thought possible while acting as a buyer’s agent. I cannot recommend Brendan, the Lyon Group, and Carolina One highly enough and am planning to use them on my next transaction!
