My agent, Katie Weinbrenner was excellent! Katie is so well prepared! We moved to SC from another state and she gave us great advice and tips to make our move smooth. She even helped us find a rental property while our homes were being built. She always made us feel like we were her most important clients. She checked in with us when the state experience hurricanes to make sure we were OK. She responded to all of our questions immediately. She accompanied us to our home walk through and her eagle eye helped to get some minor flaws addressed before we closed on our property. I highly recommend Katie for any Real Estate needs.
