Several years ago, Diana helped my wife and I sell a condo and she obtained a higher sales price than we had anticipated.  This past year, Diana and Callie helped us sell a house and buy a townhome. The transaction was complicated and the complications were made more difficult by the pandemic. Once again, Diana and Callie obtained a higher sales price than we anticipated. Of greater significance, they both rolled up their sleeves and helped us get the property ready for sale. As to the property we purchased, Diana and Callie made us fully aware of all the concerns we needed to focus on as part of the purchase process.
