Tess did an outstanding job with the sale of our home. She greatly understands the Reno market and helped us price our home at a very competitive price which prompted a quick sale. Tess is very professional, communicates very well and promptly and was a delight to work with. She is a top negotiator and helped us through the inspection and repair addendum. This was our vacation home and we were not there during the selling process. Tess went above and beyond to be there when we could not.
