I had a few realtors that I dealt with initially in Reno and after a couple tours, I knew Tess was a great person to work with. She was honest and upfront about conditions of the home in question and if there were any issues she brought them to my attention immediately. She also is very down to earth and will understand your needs as a buyer. She won't throw you things out of your budget, or out of what you want. Tess found me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend her to anyone buying real estate.
