When it came time for us to sell our home and buy a new one, we called Terry based on a friend's recommendation. The process of buying a selling a home can be extremely stressful and from the moment we met Terry we knew that we had the right person on our side. Terry explained how the selling and buying process worked and put us at ease when we expressed our concern about selling our house before we found the right house to buy. We explained to him exactly what our goals were in both the house we were selling and the home that we wanted to buy. Terry not only met those goals, but he exceeded them. He was able to get more money for our house than we originally asked and he found us the perfect home in the exact neighborhood that we wanted. He never tried to steer us to other properties outside our specific target buying area. Once our offer was accepted on the home that we were buying, Terry's real expertise started. He walked us through the home inspection line by line and made sure that we were aware of any issue however minor it may have been. Terry was there every step of the way, from presenting the offer, to inspections, to document signing. He even helped us find an excellent moving company to help with the move. We couldn't have been happier with Terry Kelly and the service that he provided. We would recommend Terry to anyone looking to buy or sell a home or property.
