I want to very highly recommend working with Teresa Jervis. I was in a unique situation in that I had inherited from my uncle a property in Piney Flats. But I live 575 miles away near St. Louis. I had initially started working with a different realtor, who quickly pointed out the issues with the home that had to be solved before it could be sold. I never heard from that realtor again, and I felt abandoned knowing no one in the area. I was discouraged and it took me some time before I could try contacting another agent. Lucky for me, I phoned Teresa. Teresa immediately went out to look at the property, and she came back with some alternatives that would allow me to make some improvements and make the property saleable. I was able to choose a plan that was right for me. Teresa provided a super contractor who could make the repairs needed. And she advised me every step along the way. Then, Teresa was able to guide me in that market in which I was completely unfamiliar. She advised a price which was far above my expectation when I started. We immediately received 5 offers within 24 hours of putting it on the market, and I was able to sell the property at a price significantly over the asking price. In the end, Teresa took on a situation where it looked like my family was going to lose financially. She turned it around, turning it into a great investment and a pleasant experience. And allowed us to be proud of what my uncle had left for us.
