Ted was the agent that helped me find this house 19 years ago. We looked at many, put bids in on a few, and Ted patiently walked me and my Mom through the process. He was so knowledgeable about what to look for with all the houses we looked at, things that raised concerns, value and condition of the properties. Ted also kept in touch, sending me one of his personalized calendars every year. I still have them all, as they are a record of appointments, events, timelines, purchases and work on the property over the years. I had decided if I ever sold the house I would definitely make use of Ted's services as an agent again if he was still working as a real estate agent. I sold my house recently, and I was so thankful to have someone I could trust to handle things for me. I would definitely recommend him, and have done so previously.
