Ted and John did a great job guiding us through the buying and selling process. What I believe differentiates them from other agents is their experience, teamwork, and attitude. They have a combined several decades of experience. They have seen virtually all situations, types of buyers/sellers, construction issues, and market cycles. In addition, they make a great team. They have different skill sets which allows them to focus more on specific areas of the process. Last, but probably most important is they are nice people. My wife and I enjoyed touring houses with them. They are trustworthy and don't just tell you what they think you want to hear. We happened to be out of town when our current house went on the market and trusted Ted and John enough to buy it before physically seeing it. We most definitely would not have done this had they not earned our trust. We would highly recommend them.
