I truly couldn’t have made this happen without Ted Leuck. He started out as my realtor, but throughout this entire process, he became a genuine friend. From the very beginning, Ted was always there whenever I needed him. No matter what the issue was or what time of day it happened, he was quick to step in, find a solution, and make sure everything was taken care of. Working 12-hour night shifts made the home-buying process especially challenging at times, but Ted went above and beyond to work around my schedule and make everything as convenient as possible. As a first-time homebuyer, there were definitely things I didn’t understand and mistakes I made along the way. Ted was incredibly patient and did everything he could to help me navigate the process, answer my questions, and keep everything moving forward. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Ted Leuck more highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He’s knowledgeable, dependable, responsive, and truly cares about his clients. I feel incredibly lucky to have had him by my side throughout such an important milestone in my life. And to top it all off, he even surprised me with a thoughtful housewarming gift and a beautifully written card. It was such a meaningful gesture and just another example of the kind of person he is. Thank you, Ted, for helping make my first home-buying experience such a memorable one. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor or a better friend to have gained along the way!
