Each property receives a marketing plan based on its location, condition, features, buyer profile, and competition. Taylor is a multi-million-dollar producer, a Christie’s International Real Estate 2026 Masters Circle member, and a former Rookie of the Year for The Litchfield Company’s Pawleys Island office. His business is built on communication, local expertise, personalized service, and long-term relationships. Whether buying, selling, relocating, investing, or relaunching a property that did not sell the first time, Taylor Keenan and the Taylor Keenan Team provide knowledgeable guidance and a thoughtful strategy from the first conversation through closing.
